Hazard , April 6, 1902 d. Feb. 18, 1997 md. 1st, Carter F. Combs, who died April 1920 md. 2nd, Lloyd E. Bolton, 1 dec'd son, Carter F. Combs, Jr. 1 dec'd grandson, George Hatmaker Zada's first husband in 1919 was Carter F. Combs, Sr. She was barely 17 years old when they wed and he lived less than a year, being buried on her 18th birthday, April 6, 1920. Their son, Carter, Jr. was born a month later on May 2, 1920, he died Dec. 18, 1995 at Lexington. d/o late R.C. Baker and Anna Combs Children: Louise B. Hatmaker, and Newell E. Bolton (he md. Martha)of Hilton Head, SC 1 daughter-in-law, Nancy S. Combs of Lexington; 1 sister-in-law Mary B. Baker of Hazard; 8 grandchildren 11 great grandchildren. Buried in the Family Cemetery at Hazard, KY.
