three years and graduated from the University of Louisville with a degree in 
Physical Therapy. Formerly employed at the T J Samson Community Hospital, 
Greenview Hospital and other physical therapy clinics in the area. Also survived by:
Husband: John Banks
Brother: Jeff Edwards of Orlando FL
Aunt: Blanche Combs of Fort Myers FL
Preceded also in death by:
Grandparents: Ray and Elizabeth Proffitt and Willard and Maisia Edwards
Services: Saturday, 5 Mar 2005, 11 am, graveside Glasgow Municipal Cemetery, A 
F Crow and Son Funeral Home in Glasgow in charge of arrangements.
