Barry.Daniel.1816.Christian.WILL In the name of God, Amen I Daniel Barry of the state of Kentucky, Christian County, being weak of body but of sound sense and memory do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following, To wit 1st It is my will that all my just debts be paid, 2nd It is my will that my executors do sell either at public or private sale at their own discretion any tract or tracts of land or town lots with the improvements thereon for the purpose of paying my debts, leaving my negroes, household, Kitchen furniture, and farming utensils for the use of my family; and after all my just debts are pain and the expense of finishing my house and the Education of my two youngest daughters and my son, Henry Barry, is paid for, It is my will that my beloved wife, Rosa, shall have one third of my whole Estate, and the balance of my Estate to be equally divided among my children. 3rdly and lastly of all I do appoint my wife Rosa my son Valentine D. Barry, and John Clark my whole and sole Executors of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all other will or wills by me heretofore made and do proclaim this to be my last will and testament.
