that for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to them in hand 
paid have bargained and sold a certain tract or parcel of land lying and being 
in Spencer County on the waters of Camp branch containing 61 acres and bounded 
by  Jonas L.  KERRICK (or possibly JONES & KERRICK)
