DEED: Lee, 1807, Madison Co Richard Lee Madison County Kentucky Deed Book G 1808 – 1810 Pages 159-160 FHC film #0183287 This Indenture made this thirteenth day of July Anno Dom one thousand eight hundred seven Between Rachel Bell of the county of Lincoln and Commonwealth Kentucky of the one part and Richard Lee of the county of Madison and commonwelth aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said Rachel Bell for and in consideration of the sum Sixty pounds current money of kentucky to her in hnd paid the receipt whereof she doth hereby acknowledge and for herself and her heirs doth fully clearly and absolutely sell alien _______ confirm unto the aforesaid Richard Lee and unto his heirs and asigns forever one certain Tract Divident or parcel of land containing by survey one hund and twelve acres situate lying and being in the county of Madison on the waters of the walnut Meadow fork a branch of paint lick and Bounded s followeth. To wit, Beginning at a Box elder ash and black walnut thence East one hundred and twenty six poles to an elm and hickory thence south 400 (?) and twenty poles to two black oaks thence west eighty six poles to a sugar tree, thence north five east fifteen poles to a hopwod corner to Edward Stevenson thence with Stevensons line North eighty five west fifty three poles to a hickory and white oak and two buckeyes thence down the branch as it meanders Binding on William Titus line to the Beginning with its appertenances to him the said Richard Lee and to his heirs and asigns forever To have and to hold the said one hundrd and twelve acres of land be the same more or less with all and every of its rights members and appertenances to him the said Richard Lee and unto his heirs and asigns forever the said Rachel Bell for herself and her heirs do and shall and willwarrant and by these presents forever defent the title of the aforesaid one hundred and twelve acres of land and premises against the claim of all and every person or persons whatever that shall or may hereafter claim the same unto the aforesaid Richard Lee and unto his heirs and asigns forever.
