BLACK, age 75, of Louisville, Ky (Jefferson County), formerly of Hardinsburg, Ky (Breckinridge County), died Wednesday, November 14, 1990 at St. Anthony Hospital in Louisville, Ky, after a lengthy illness. Mrs. BLACK was born September 13, 1915 in Breckinridge County, a daughter of the late John Morgan NOBLE and Emma REYBURN NOBLE. Mrs. BLACK was a member of the Hardinsburg Baptist Church, a retired LPN nurse, and former owner and operator of Bertha's Rest Home in Hardinsburg, Ky. Her husband, Clive BLACK, Sr., preceded her in death in 1961. Surviving Mrs. BLACK are: one son: Clive BLACK, Jr. of Hardinsburg, Ky one sister: Mrs. Gladys KOZAK of Union Star, Ky (Breckinridge County) three grandsons: Brian BLACK of Louisville, Ky Barry BLACK of Hardinsburg, Ky Brent BLACK of Hardinsburg, Ky Funeral was held on Saturday, November 17, 1990, at the Trent-Dowell Funeral Home of Hardinsburg, Ky, with the Reverend Lamar MATTINGLY officiating. Burial was in Ivy Hill Cemetery, Hardinsburg, Ky.
