DEED: Lee, 1810, Madison Co Anne Lee Madison County Kentucky Deed Book G 1808 – 1810 Pages 528-529 FHC film #0183287 This Indenture made this ninth day of October one thousand eight hundred and ten Between William Boone and Nancy his wife of the County of Madison and State of Kentucky of the one part and Anne Lee of the county and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth that the said William Boon and Ann his wife for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar to them in hand paid the receipt whereof they doth hereby acknowledge Hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain and sell unto the said Anne Lee her heirs or assigns forever a certain trct or parcel of land containing one hundred and sixteen acres lying and being in the County aforesaid on the waters of muddy creek and bounded as follows. To witt, Beginning at a Sasafras and bending Locust corner to David Chinault (?) thence West 39 poles to a white oak _____ and mulberry thence North 179 poles to a white oak and dogwood thence East 110 poles ___ Make thence South 49 poles crossing a Branch and up another Branch thence South 24 West 18 poles thence ___7___ 12 poles to an elm sapling _______ on the side of a branch thence South 6 West 24 poles to a large walnut tree thence South 91 ½ West ___ poles to the Beginning. To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances unto the said Anne Lee her heirs or assigns forever against the claim of Them the said William Boon and Nancy his wife their heirs Exocutors and administrators and all persons claiming by through or under theirs But against the claim of no other person or persons whatever.
