I, Caleb Boswell of Ohio County, Kentucky being sound in mind but weak in body, 
do declare this to be my last Will and Testament.  
First I will and bequeath to my wife Cynthia Boswell my farm on which I live 
containing 126 acres during her life and at her death to my youngest son 
William in consideration that he is to support myself and my wife in a good 
comfortable manner during our lives.
Second I also will and bequeath all my household furniture and stock to my wife 
and at her death I will all my household furniture and stock to be divided 
amongest all of my children.  In case that my son William should die before my 
wife I wish my farm and all my other property to be divided equally among all 
my children. January 17, 1880.

July Term 1884

I, T. J. Smith Clerk of the Ohio County Court do hereby certify that the 
foregoing last Will and Testament of Caleb Boswell deceased was produced in 
opened court at this term and duly proved by W. T. Rickets and James P. Stevens 
subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last Will and Testament of said 
decedent therefore the same was ordered probate and recorded which is done.  
Witness my hand as Clerk of the aforesaid court.
