BOWERS, MAUDE A. - age 86 of Kokomo, Ind., passed away Sunday October 15, 2005 at St. Joseph Hospital in Kokomo. She was born November 4, 1918 in Yellow 
Creek, Bell County, Ky. to James Howard & Della Louiza Lawson Frazier. Preceded 
in death by parents, husband, Harlan Bowers, Sr., daughter, Barbara Tipton, 
grandsons, Randy Kidwell, Greg Bowers, Jeff Favor, brothers, Henry & William 
Frazier, sister, Beulah Merritt. Survived by her children, Frances Kidwell of 
Kokomo, Jean Tusing of Kokomo, Colin Bowers of Manchester, Tenn., Harlan 
Bowers, Jr. of Pocahontas, Ark., Helen Wolf, Indianapolis, Ind., Dan Bowers of 
Pocahontas, Ark., Ron Bowers of Ravenden Spring, Ark.; brother, James E. 
Frazier of Luttrell, Tenn.; sister in law, Adell Frazier of Maynardville; 36 
grandchildren; 77 great grandchildren; 24 great great grandchildren. She 
enjoyed quilting, crocheting and being with her family & friends. She was a 
member of the Primitive Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral service 2 p.m. 
Friday October 21, 2005 at Stout & Son Funeral Home 200 E. Main St. 
Russiaville, Ind. with Pastor Doyle Buckner officiating. Burial will follow in 
Sunset Memory Gardens Cemetery, Kokomo, Ind. Family will receive friends 2-4 
p.m. Thursday at Stout & Son Funeral Home in Russiaville, Ind.
