                                        1797-1814
This shall Oblige us our heirs &c to be held and firmly bound unto his
Excellancy Christo Greenup Esqr Govr of the State of Kentucky & his
Successors for the time being in the penal sum of  L50 rendered yet upon
this condition that if there shall be no Lawful cause to Obstruct the
marriage of Mr. James Breeden and Miss Caty Goben daughter of Mr. Wm. Goben
who has sent a written concent thereto  Given under our hands & seals 27
