BREEDEN, JAMES from FRANCIS GOBIN -- DEED

Know all men by these presents that I Fanny Gobin hath bargained & Sold
unto James Breeden of the County of Shelby and State of Kentucky All my
Right Title Claim and Interest in Twenty one acres and Twenty eight poles
it being an undivided Moiety and Interest I have in my Father's Richard
Breeden Dec'd Tract on Plum Creek for the consideration of One hundred
dollars in hand paid to my husband William Gobin which I Warrant and Defend
against my heirs forever and all persons claiming under me as a witness my
hand this 18th day of October 1822.
