        Earlington, May 3 -- Mrs Elizabeth Brian, of Nashville, Tenn., died
in a Nashville hospital at 10 p.m. May first.  She had been an invalid for
the past 15 years.
        Funeral services will be held at the Cathedral in Nashville at 9 am
Saturday morning.
        Surviving is the husband, John Brian; three sons and one daughter,
all of Nashville; two brothers, Mike Hanna, of Glen Rogers, W. Va., and John
Hanna, of Logan, W.Va., four sisters, Mrs Nettie Baca and Miss Celia Hanna,
of Earlington; Miss Amelia Hanna, of Tucson, Ariz., and Mrs Joseph Pryor, of
Fontana, Calif.  Mrs. Clay Stokes, of Earlington, is a niece.
        Mrs Brian was reared in Madisonville and Earlington.
        Miss Celie Hanna left Wednesday night for Nashville to attend the
funeral.
