Breckinridge County Herald-News, Friday, January 6, 1961 OBITUARY ROCKPORT, INDIANA (OHIO 
TOWNSHIP, SPENCER COUNTY)
     James N. BRICKEY, age 86, died on Tuesday, December 29, 1960 at his home at Rockport, Indiana, 
Route 2.
He is survived by:
his wife, Mrs. Telia BRICKEY
one son:
Derrell BRICKEY of El Paso, Elpaso County, Texas two daughters:
Mrs. Jessie Mae MINGUS of Hardinsburg, Ky. (Breckinridge County) Mrs. Bessie Lee WALKER of New 
Mexico two brothers:
Frank BRICKEY of Lewisport, Ky (Hancock County) Walter BRICKEY of Hardinsburg, Ky one sister:
Mrs. Alice WALKER of Addison, Ky (Breckinridge County) three step-children:
Allen MEEKS of Florida
Lawrence BARTON of Leroy
Fay LASHLEY of Rockport, Indiana

     The funeral services were held on Saturday, January 2, 1961 with the Dhonau Funeral Home of 
Cloverport in charge of arrangements.  Burial in the BRICKEY Cemetery.

Breckinridge County Cemeteries, volume one, published in 1991:

BRICKEY Cemetery  Take Highway 105.  Go 5 miles north of McQuady, turn right on black top road, 
cemetery is on the left.
BRICKEY, James N.  20 Apr 1874 -- 29 Dec 1960  husband of Euviel  "Mason"
         Euviel    23 Dec 1881 -- 11 Sep 1909  wife of James N.
         maiden name: ANDERSON
I did not find his living wife buried under the name of Telia BRICKEY.
I could not identify with certainty where the town of Leroy is located.  There is a Leroy, Indiana in Lake 
County close to Chicago, Illinois, and then a Le Roy in McLean County, Illinois.
