KY Deed Book A p. 126 Agreeable to an order of the March term of the Spencer County Court appointing me Achilles EASLEY, Jesse CRUME and David H. COX Commissioners to allot to Fielding BRIDWELL who intermarried with Patsy BRISCOE, daughter of John M. BRISCOE, deceased, his portion of the real Estate of said BRISCOE deceased, met March the 15th and I Achilles EASLEY being surveyor for said County proceeded to lay off the Land as follows to wit, Beginning at a stone on the Bank of the East fork of Coxes Creek... to an Ironwood on ELDERS line, thence North to a small walnut, corner of Presley BRIDWELL... Containing 267 Acres. We then proceeded to the division of the widows dower being laid off... and the lot that was Fielding BRIDWELL’s portion of the Estate of John M.
