Beginning at a sugar tree and ash in LEACHES line of 14,000 acres thence with the same South 29-1/2 West 255 poles to a buckeye and sugar tree in said line, thence S 62-1/2 East 29 poles to two beeches near and below the forks of a run, thence South 30 degrees West 55 poles to a walnut and Sycamore on the west side of Jones' run. thence S 56 degrees E 82-1/2 poles to a red oak. Thence North 28-1/2 (for 28 degrees E) 2-1/2 poles to a sugar tree white oak & elm thence S 55 degrees East 12 poles to a stone near a white oak (hickory and elm gone) thence N 25-1/2 (for 25 degrees) E 141-1/2 poles passing at 69-1/2 poles a sugar tree corner to HAMILTONS tract, of 65 acres to a stone thence N 14-1/2 E (for 14 degrees) 24 poles to a stone in CARUTHERS line. thence with said CARUTHERS line North 80 degrees W 47-1/2 poles to a stone. thence North 10 degrees E 165 poles to the Beginning, containing one hundred and thirty __ acres, more or less. To Have and To Hold the said tract of land with the appertenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said Eliza Y.
