Son Joe Bruce did not seem to know much about his mother.  She was the widow of 
James Hamilton Bruce.  Father was Valentine FENTRESS and mother is believed to 
be Mary Elizabeth HOWEY.  She is buried next to her husband and daughter in the 
Bruce Cemetery, back of Freeman Frank's house, Breckinridge County, Kentucky.
