Jesse McGinnis his heirs & Assigns for the only propper use and behoolf of the Said Jesse McGinnis his heirs & Assigns forever and the Sd. William Bryan for himself & his heirs the Sd. tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances against him & his heirs & all and every person & persons whatsoever to the Said Jesse McGinnis his heirs and assigns Shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents.
