LANCASTER -- Services for Carol Ann Prewitt Burdine, 48, of Sugar Creek 
Road will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Ramsey Funeral Home by the Rev. Larry 
Harris. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.

She died Tuesday at Fort Logan Hospital. 

Born June 17, 1954, in Detroit, Mich., she was the daughter of Lucille 
Ellis Prewitt of Lancaster and the late Donald Prewitt. She was a 
homemaker and a member of Buena Vista Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Burdine; three daughters, Terry 
Whittaker, Crystal Whittaker and Lindsey Whittaker, all of Lancaster; 
a brother, Ron Prewitt of Big Stone Gap, Va.; a sister, Kay Edgington 
of Burgin; and two grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Frank and Brian Rice, Michael Prewitt, Bob Dunn, 
Blue Bailey and Patrick Stevenson.

Honorary pallbearers are Ronnie Coffey, Clay Prewitt, Glenn Adams, 
Micah Dailey and Jamie Cornelius.

Visitation is 5-9 p.m. today.
