I Winnie Burns of the County of Caldwell state of Kentucky do make this my last will and 
testament hereby revoking any and all former wills I may have made.  I give and bequeath 
to my three children Thomas W Mount John Copeland and Susan Copeland after paying my Just 
debts and fencing and putting tooms stones to my husband my own graves and my funeral 
expences the all my property and I want equally devided betwen my three above named children 
which I give to them their executors admistrators and assigns forever.

I do hereby constitute and appoint W C Hopper executor of this my last will and testament.  
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 30th day of November 1886. Signed and

I Frank A Pasteur clerk of the Caldwell County Court do certify that the foregoing instrument 
of writing was this day produced in open court and duly proven by the oaths of George A Glass 
and Lin B Hopper, the two subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last will and testament of 
Winnie Burns, Dec's and as such will and testament was ordered to be established and recorded 
and that I have recorded it and this certificate in my said office.  Witness my hand this 20th 
day of December 1886.
