CARDEN died last week after a months' illness. He was 34 years old. He leaves his wife and four small children, one of whom is now ill with typhoid fever, the same disease that proved fatal to the father. Mr. CARDEN moved to this neighborhood (Webster, Breckinridge County), Ky. from Ohio County 9 years ago. He was a farmer, and he left his father who is 89 years old. This time it is Bessie, the young daughter of Mr. Bob CARDEN (Robert Brandon CARDEN), who died recently of the same disease, and who was ill at the time of her father's death.
