THOMAS W. CARMON

Thomas W. Carmon, 70, Morganfield, died Thursday at 10:45pm at the Union
County Methodist Hospital.

Mr. Carmon was a member of New Hope General Baptist Church and United Mine
Workers of America.

Survivors include one son, Thomas N. Carmon of Morganfield; one sister,
Martha Farley of Henderson; two brothers, Charles Carmon of Corydon and
Jerrry Carmon of Smith Mills; three grandchildren, Catherine Carmon and
Johna Stanford, both of Morganfield, and Vance Lynn in the US Navy in
Groton, Connecticut.

Services were at 11 am Sunday at New Hope General Baptist Church with Rev.
Clifton Vandiver officiating. Burial was in Odd Fellows.

Memorial contributions may be made to New Hope General Baptist Church or
to St. Anthony's Hospice.
