Eva Blanche Carpenter, retired schoolteacher, taken by death.

Eva Blanche W Carpenter a native of Bath County and widow of Walter Carpenter died Wednesday 
Dec 31 at her residence at Martha Smith Mini Home on Cemetery St in Owingsville. She was a 
retired schoolteacher and a member of the Old Orchard Church of Christ, Ashland. 
Survivors include one son, Jacob L Warner of Greenbelt, Maryland; one grandson; David Warner 
of Bowie, Maryland; one granddaughter; Helen German of Greenbelt, Maryland; one brother, 
Lucian R Whaley of Mt Sterling and several nieces and nephews. 

Funeral servives were held Saturday at 11:00 am at the Richie Hunt Funeral Home with Bro. 
Wayne Rice officiating, and burial in the Owingsville Cemetery.
