Kathryn Ashbrook Carpenter, 93, of Crosshill Drive died Wednesday at Ephraim
McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born July 16, 1909, in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late
Joseph A. and Dora Buzzard Ashbrook. She was a homemaker and the widow of
Eldred Carpenter. She was a member of Junction City Christian Church.
Survivors include nieces and nephews.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Stith Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Danville Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. Friday.
Memorials may go to Junction City Christian Church.
