Chappell.Hays.1988.Franklin.50-Anniversary

GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY

Mr. and Mrs. Hayes Chappell will be honored at a reception at the
Dallasburg Baptist Church on Sunday, June 26, in observance of their
50th wedding anniversary.

Mr. Chappell and the former Miss Gertrude Hill were married June
23, 1938, in Frankfort by John T. Galloway.

They have one daughter, Mrs. Raymond Duvall, and four sons, Jerry,
Ronald and David, all of Owen County, and the late Richard Hayes Chappell
III.  The Chappells have eleven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren
and three step great-grandchildren.
