The Sayings
CHINN
	Mrs. Mary L. Chinn, aged 77, died Sunday morning at her late home with her son, Mr. Dallas Chinn, near town. She had been an invalid for some years and her death had been expected. She was well known by our oldest citizens as an estimable lady of great industry and enterprise. Left a widow with three small sons, she managed to rear and educate them in such a manner as to enable them to make good and prosperous citizens. Two of her sons, Mr. James Chinn of Boyle, and Mr. G. Dallas Chinn live to call her blessed. The funeral was conducted, Monday, 2 o’clock p.m., at the residence of her son, Mr. Dallas Chinn, by her pastor, Dr. C. K. Marshall, of the Christian church. Interment was in Spring Hill Cemetery. (TS Wed Jan 1, 1896)
