Clark as afsd. hath bargained Sold & confirmed & by these presents doth bargain Sell alien & Confirm unto the afsd. Jessy Hubbard his heirs & assigns forever a certain tract or parcel of Land containing one hundred acres by Survey be the Same more or less situate lying and being in the County of Garrard & State of Kentucky & bounded as followeth (viz.) beginning at a three shugar tree corner of Wm Polson and Daniel Duggins thence North fifty nine Degrees East one Hundred & Sixty Poles to a Sycamore Elm & Shugar tree on the bank of the main fork of Sugar Creek thence down the sd. Creek with the meanders of the same two hundred & forty Poles to two sycamores & Elm at the mouth of a hollow on sd. Creek thence up sd. hollow south ten degrees west Sixty six poles to three sugar trees Corner of Duggins thence with his line East sixty four poles to the Beginning To have and to hold the afsd. tract of Land with all the appertainances [sic] & premises thereon unto the sd. Jessy Hubbard his Heirs & assigns forever and I the afsd. Clark myself my Heirs Executor Administrators or assigns doth Warrant and forever defend unto the sd. Hubbard his Heirs & assigns the afsd. tract of Land from myself my Heirs & assigns & from any person or persons Claim or Claims whatsoever & In Witness whereof I the afsd.
