A native of Magoffin County, she was a daughter of the late Issac and Josie Gullett Kilgore. Surviving are four sons, John, Clyde and Sim Hughes Jr., all of Lexington, and Bill Hughes, Ransom; a sister, Mrs. Cecilia Risner, Hope; three step daughters, Mrs. Oma Wilson and Mrs. Myrtle Delkin, Lexington; and Mrs. Mary Hoover, Illinois; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Services were conducted by Rev. Larry Williams Tuesday afternoon at the Wills Church at Means. Burial was in the Honn Cemetery at Means.
