In obedience to the annexed order we the undersigned did on the 28th day of 
December 1826 proceed to divide and allott the Heirs of WILLIAM CLEMENTS dec’d 
the Slaves of Said Estate in manner following Towit:

Lot #1 Composed of one negro man named BILL at $283.00

Lot #2 Composed of one negro man named CHARLES at $375.00

Lot #3  Composed of one negro woman named ELLEN and her male child named GEORGE 
$280

Lot #4  Composed of one Negro Boy named DORY at $275.00

Lot #5  Composed of one Negro Boy named BASIL  at $275.00

Lot #6 Composed of one Negro girl named HENNY at $225.00

Lot #7 Composed of one Negro woman named MINTY and one Negro girl named HARRIET 
at $225.00

Lot #8 Composed of one Negro girl named SARAH at $135.00

Lot #9  Composed of one Negro girl named ELIZA at $275

Lot #10 Composed of one Negro boy named  NEDD at $200

Total $25.38.00 and a fair ballot for said Lotts of negroes they were drawn as 
follows:

TERESA CLEMENTS Drew Lot #1
JOHN CLEMENTS drew Lot #2
CATHARINE L (or S.) CLEMENTS drew lot #3
ANN E. CLEMENTS drew  Lot #4
MARY CLEMENTS drew Lot #5
CHARLES O. CLEMENTS drew Lot #6
ANTHONY H. CLEMENTS drew Lot #7
WILLIAM A. CLEMENTS drew lot #8
THOMAS R. ELDER and wife drew lot #9
JOSEPH JARBOE and wife drew lot #10

And we further report them being the legatees each share amounts to $253.50 
and  that those who drew over said amount of $253.50 are to pay over to Such as 
to make the amount of each lott equal.

Signed by WILL DAVIS, FRANCES HAGAN and HUMPHREY MAY, Commissioners appointed 
by the Court and recorded 10 Feb 1827 Spencer Co. KY Court. p. 61 In obedience to the annexed order we the undersigned did on the 28th day of
