This Indenture made this thirtieth day of April in the year of our Lord 
One thousand Eight hundred and thirty Six between John COLEMAN of 
Spencer County and State of Kentucky of the one part and David E. TYLER of 
the County of Bullitt and State aforesaid of the other part.  Witnesseth 
that the said John COLEMAN for and in Consideration of the sum of 
thirty Dollars to him paid hath this day bargained and Sold and by these 
presents doth grant bargain sell alien release convey and confirm unto the 
said David C. TYLER and his heirs forever  ___ one undivided eighth 
part of a tract of land laying and being in the County of Bullitt on the 
waters of Floyds fork being the tract of Land formerly belonging to 
William BURDICK Sen Decd  the whole tract contains one hundred and fifteen 
acres and being the same tract that was conveyed by Austin HALL to 
William BURDICK.  To Have and To Hold the said one undivided Eighth part of 
said tract of land to him the said David E. TYLER’S and his heirs only 
benefit and use forever now the said John COLEMAN covenants and agrees 
to and with the said David E. TYLER and his heirs, that he will and his 
heirs shall forever warrant and defend the title to the said security 
of land unto the said David E. TYLER and his heirs forever from himself 
and his heirs and from the claim of all person or persons claiming in 
through or by them and from the claim or claims of all persons whatever 
either claiming or to claim.  In Testimony whereof the said John 
COLEMAN hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal this day and year 
above written

                I Noah C. SUMMERS clerk of the County Court for said County do 
certify that this deed from John COLEMAN to David E. TYLER was on this 20th 
day of March 1837 produced to me in my office and proven by the oaths 
of Austin HALL and William W. SWEARINGEN subscribing witnesses thereto 
to be the act and deed of said COLEMAN and the same is thereupon truly
