The heirs of Henry Combs, deceased to John Couch.

This indenture made this 18th day of February in the year of our
Lord 1857 between Hughey COMBS and Nancy COMBS, his wife, Willy COMBS
and Polly COMBS, his wife, William COMBS, Ira COUCH and Perminey COUCH,
his wife, late Perminy COMBS, Ephriam COMBS and Eliza COMBS, his wife,
late Eliza COMBS, William Eversole and Jane EVERSOLE, his wife, late
Jane COMBS, William GULLITT and Anna GULLITT, his wife, late Anna COMBS,
all heirs of Henry COMBS, deceased, of the county of Perry and
Commonwealth of Kentucky of the one part, and John COUCH and Rachel COUCH,
his wife, late Rachel COMBS, heir of Henry COMBS, deceased, of the county
and commonwealth aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth that the said heirs above named for and in consideration
of a division of the land made between the heirs of said Henry COMBS,
deceased, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted,
bargained and sold and by these presents doth grant, bargain and sell
unto the said John COUCH and wife, their heirs and assigns all that tract
or parcel of land situated and being in the county of Perry on the waters
of Big Creek and bounded as follows towit...
In witness whereof the said William COMBS, Willey COMBS, together
with Polly COMBS, his wife, Hughes COMBS together with Nancy COMBS, his
wife, Ira COUCH together with Perminia COUCH, his wife, Ephriam COMBS
together with Eliza COMBS his wife, William GULLITT together with Anna
GULLITT his wife, William EVERSOLE together with Jane EVERSOLE, his wife
who hereby relinquishes their right of dower in and to the lands
conveyed in this deed hath hereunto set their hands and seals the day
and date above written.
