T.J. Cook May 1935
The Messenger, Madisonville, Ky, June 1, 1935

        County Judge Charles E Barnett was advised this morning of the death
of T J Cook, who died at the western state hospital, Hopkinsville.  The body
is being held by hospital authorities to await word from relatives as to its
disposition.  Cook was admitted to the institution from this county January
17, 1905.
