Recorded in Deed Book 39, Page 2 Fees Paid Lodged Feb. 29-1918 This indenture made and entered into this July 27, 1903 between D. C. Clark, C. L. Stone, and J. B. Stone parties of the first part and R. S. Cooper party of the second part. Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the exchange of certain lands this day made by and between D. C. Clark and said R. S. Cooper the said first parties hereby grants bargains sells and conveys unto said R. S. Cooper, the following described land lying and being in Calloway county to wit: A portion of the S. W. Qr of Sec 21 T.2. R.3. East. Beginning at the S. E. corner of M. C. and D. C. Clark tract of land deeded to them by W. F. Cooper Dec’d heirs running East 12 rods to Stake thence North 96 Rods to Stake thence West 12 Rods to Stake thence South 96 Rods to beginning containing 7 acres more or less. Also a portion of the S. W. Qr of Sec 21. T.2. R.3. East Beginning at the S.E. Corner of R. S. Cooper tract of land deeded to him by W. F. Cooper heirs running East 12 ½ Rods to Stake thence North 96 Rods to Stake thence West 12 ½ Rods to Stake thence South 96 Rods to beginning containing 7 acres more or less. Also C. L and J. B. Stone hereby conveys unto said R. S. Cooper all of their undivided interest in and to the land of W. F. Cooper, deceased. To have and to hold unto the said R .S. Cooper, his heirs and assigns forever by Deed with General Warranty. In witness whereof M. C. Clark, wife of D. C. Clark joins in this deed and relinquishes all her right to Dower and Homestead exemptions in and to said land have hereunto set their hands the date first herein written. Att D. Keys /s/ by mark D.
