	Mrs. Zeil Courtney, 89, Morganfield, died Saturday, at 11pm at the 
Union County Methodist Hospital.
	Mrs. Courtney was a member of the Sturgis Baptist Church and a home 
maker.
	She is preceded in death by her husband, John Courtney in 1983.
	Survivors include two daughters, Sharon West of Hatfield, IN., and 
Charlotte Cavins of Evansville, IN.; one son, Louis Courtney of Sturgis; 
and 34 grandchildren.
	Services were at 2:00 Tuesday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Morganfield 
with Rev. James West officiating. Burial was at Odd Fellow Cemetery in 
Morganfield.
