Deed Bk A, pp 352, 353 CROW; ROCHESTER; STRONG; PAUL This Indenture made the fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety Eight Between Thos CROW and Nancy his wife of Lincoln County and state of Kentucky of the one part and Andrew L. CROW of same County and state aforesaid of the other part witnesseth that the said Thomas CROW and Nancy his wife for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and twenty pounds Current Money of Kentucky to them in hand paid by the said Andrew he CROW the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Bargained and sold and by these presents doth give grant Bargain and sell unto the Andrw L. CROW his heirs Executors administrators and assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land Containint ____ ____dred acres Situate lying and being in the County of Hardin on the west side of Green River about four meter and half from Vienna Town on said River and near to a Place known by the name of Crown P____ Part of a tract of Land containing 707 acres & patented in the name of the said Thomas CROW and bounded as followeth (towit) Beginning at a corner of a thousand acre tract conveyed to The said Andrew L CROW and part of the said tract of 4787 acres Runeth thence N 21 E 200 poles to a stake thence n 67 400 poles to another stake thence S 21 W 200 poles to another stake of the said Andrew L CROW Corner thence S 69 E 400 poles to the Beginning To have and to hold the said tract or Parcel of Land with all and Singular its appurtenances unto the said Andrew L. CROW his heirs Executors and administrators for Ever to his and their only proper & behoof and the Thomas CROW and Nancy his wife doth covenant and agree to and with the said Andrew L. CROW that they the said Thos CROW and Nancy his wife shall and will warrant and defend the aforesaid tract of Land with all its appurtenances unto the said Andrew L. CROW his heirs Executors administrators for Ever against the claim or claims of all and Every person or persons whatsoever In witness whereof the said Thos CROW and Nancy his wife hath hereunto set their hands a affixed their seals the date above mentioned.
