No 3rd contains 87 acres March 1st 1808 Isaac HARRELL LMC In Obedience to an Order from the worshipful Court of Nelson County we John BATSEL, Thomas LINTHICUM and James NALL three of the commissioners appointed by sd Court to divide the lands of Philip CRUME decd & assign his widow Anne CRUME her dower met on the premises on the 29th day of February 1808 and after being duly sworn proceeded to divide sd land as represented by the Survey on report above and do assign unto the widow that lot or parcel of land including the House and represented by the letters A. B. C. D. E. F.
