Three sons: Allen Dale of Scottsville KY, Douglas Lee and wife Martha of Lucas KY and David "Butch" of FL
Daughter: Debra Jean Cummings England and husband David of Glasgow
Grandchildren: Jenny, Kristina, Sami, Wesley, John, David, Michael, Daniel and Willie
Great-grandchildren: Forrest, Karson, Bradley, Nathaniel and Lucy Preceded also in death by:
