Bath County. To Wit: 
  It is hereby certified, that under and by virtue of the within License, I did, on the 27th day of September 1860 at the home of John Daugherty in said county, celebrated the rites of Matrimony between the within named Clark B. 
Steele and Ellen Daugherty, and that Rueben Harper and Tilford Morris were present and witnessed the celebration given under my hand this 27th day of September 1860.
