A Well-Known Citizen of the Lick Branch Country Dies of Pneumonia. Mr. Clem Depp of the Lick Branch country, died at two o'clock yesterday morning of pneumonia, following measles. "He was fifty odd years of age, a son of the late Mr. Chris Depp and lived at the old home place. He is survived by his wife, who was Miss Maud Ford, and five children, Masters Thomas and Leslie, and Misses Nanie Elizabeth, Mary Frances and Lucille. He leaves three brothers and two sisters, Dr. C. G. Depp of Hiseville, Mr. James D Depp of Hustonville, KY., Mr. T[om] D. Depp of Lick Branch, Mrs. Geo T. Hutchens of Horse Cave and Mrs. Andy Wade of Glasgow. Mr. Depp was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church, and was a leader in his section of the county, prominently connected, and a strong character in every way. His passing will be mourned by a wide circle of friends, as he was one of the most useful citizens in the county. The funeral and burial will be in the family burial ground today at 1 o'clock."
