HARRODSBURG -- Paul Devine, 82, of Perryville Road died Saturday at Ephraim
McDowell Regional Medical Center.
Born Oct. 23, 1920, in Harrodsburg, he was the son of the late James H. and
Estill Elliott Devine. He was a salesman for Burkman Feed Co., and a member
of Harrodsburg Baptist Church where he was a deacon, Sunday school teacher
and served on the building committee. He also was a past president of the
Harrodsburg Baptist Foundation and was instrument in its formation. He had
served in the Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Gash Devine; a son, Donald P. Devine of
Bowling Green; a daughter, Linda Kurtz of Danville; and four grandchildren.
Arrangements are incomplete at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
