Miss Bessie Lee Dick, 32, died November 5 at her home at Flat Rock. The 
daughter of Elizabeth Keith Dick and James Dick, she was born and reared in 
McCreary County and lived all of her life in the Flat Rock community. She was 
a member of the Flat Rock Baptist Church. She is survived by five brothers 
and sisters, George, Noah, Billie, Margaret and Ida Dick, all living at Flat 
Rock. Funeral services were held from the Flat Rock Church Thursday, November 
6, at 10 o'clock with Rev. Charlie Keith, pastor of the church officiating. 
Burial was in the church cemetery.
