Johnny Ray Dick, 49, of Pine Knot, Ky., died June 2, 2003 at the Lake 
Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY. Funeral services were held 
Thursday, June 5, 2003 at Green Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Vanover 
officiating. Burial was in the Green Grove Cemetery. He was born June 25, 
1953 at Flat Rock, KY., the son of the late George Daniel and Helen Louise Fox 
Dick. He was an auto mechanic and member of the Antioch Baptist Church. He is 
preceded in death by his parents and a sister Linda Darlene Dick. Survivors 
include his wife; Elsie Dick and son; Johnny Allen Dick of Pine Knot. He is 
also survived by brothers; James David Dick of Attica, IN., and Edd Dick of 
Pine Knot. McCreary County Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
