The Commonwealth of Kentucky to the Sheriff of Nelson County greeting we 
Command you to summon John Dismore to appear before the Judges of our Nelson 
Circuit court at the Court house in Bards town on the 24th day of our Present 
March Term to answer a Bill in Chancery Exhibited against him by Charles 
Metcalf & Elizabeth his wife and others [1] the heirs of John Jupin decd. And 
this he shall in no wise omit.  And have then there this writ witness James 
Slaughter Jr. clerk of our said Court this 1st day of April 1816 and 24th year 
of the Commonwealth.
