DOWELL DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
     Judge D. D. DOWELL, age 84, died late Tuesday, December 5, 1961 at the Breckinridge Memorial 
Hospital, Hardinsburg, Ky.  Judge DOWELL retired in 1958 after serving for 36 years as Breckinridge 
County Circuit Court Clerk and County Judge.  He is survived by:
two brothers:
R. T. DOWELL of Hardinsburg, Ky
Taylor DOWELL of Garfield, Ky (Breckinridge County) one sister:
Mrs. Ida BROWN of Garfield, Ky
Funeral arrangements have not been made.
