Mrs. Emma NEFF DOWELL, died at her home in Louisville, Ky. on Tuesday, March 22, 1960.  Funeral 
services were held on Friday at the residence, and burial was in Cedar Hill Cemetery in Irvington, 
Breckinridge County, Ky.  Surviving
are:
two daughters:
Mrs. Louise DUNN
Mrs. Beatrice VOIGNIER
one sister:
Mrs. Thomas NALL
one brother:
George NEFF, Guston, Meade County, Ky.
