Thomas Russell Dugger was b. 22 Sept 1860 in Adair Co.KY, son of Jesse B. & 
Charlotte (Harvey)Dugger. He married Mary Bell Sanders d/o Lewis Green Sanders 
& Sarah Ann Cooney. They married on 12 Nov 1883 in Breckinridge Co.Kentucky. 
They had no children;but raised the daughter of Mary Bell's half-sister,Laura 
Jane Craig Staples Braidy, Sallie Lee Dugger. He is buried in Fern Hill 
Catholic Cemetery in Owensboro,Daviess Co,KY.
