PENSION: Deposition of Samuel Dunaway, 1833, Henry Co Henry County This day Samuel Dunaway personally appeared before me one (Name illegible) of the _____ in and for the said county v. made oath that Abner Hanks was a citizen of Johnson county Indiana lived with the deponant in the state of Va. as a militiaman of the said state, in the Revolutionary War for the time of six months. the first tower under Capt. George Harrison the second under Capt. George Sission. v. this deponant further saieth that the said Abner Hanks was (poss. residing or housed) in the same neighborhood with him the said deponant, to wit in the County of Richmond v. State of Virgina where the affor said (poss. services) was rendered v. further this deponant saieth not, given under my hand as a officer of the ________ in and for the said county this 4th November 1833 /s/ Price Multale Commonwealth of Kentucky Henry Country (Lowil' ?) Thomas clerk of the county Court for the county aforesaid do certify that Price Multale before whom the foregoing deposition was taken is Justice of the Peace in and for the said county of Henry duly commissioned and qualified and that full faith & credit is due and ought to be given to all his acts as such.
