BILLY D. DUNCAN
	Billy D. Duncan, 65, Sturgis, died at 11:20am Friday at Community 
Methodist Hospital in Henderson.
	A member of the Masonic Lodge and the Union County Planning and 
Zoning Board, he was the Union County road supervisor. He organized and 
coached the Union County High School softball program and was also a 
former Union County magistrate.
	Surviors include his wife, Sara; two daughters, Beth Cooper and son 
in law James Cooper of Sturgis and Alicia Duncan of Louisville; one half 
sister, Mary Ellen Allen of Evansville; and two grandsons, Jimmy and 
James Cooper of Sturgis.
	Services were at 2pm Monday at Whitsell Funeral Home in Sturgis. 
Burial was in Pythian Ridge Cemetery in Sturgis.
