This is Benjamen Eli Dunn,s/o Eli Dunn & Sarah Ann Cooney. 
Nannie is Nancy Violet Bell,d/o Azariah Bell & Edith Marie Fleeger. 
Benjamen Eli's father, Eli, and Azariah Bell's mother, Nancy Dunn Bell, were brother & sister.

Located on the right had side of the main drive thru the cemetery. It's close
