In the first place I do will and bequeath my Soul to God for mercies that he has Shown towards me. Secondly after my death I woul wish to be decently buried in Some convient burying place and after all Expenses are paid for the Same I do thirdly will and bequeath unto my Sons, Jacob John & Philip Earhart one dollar Each to be paid them after my death within one year. To my daughters Elizabeth Mary Lydia & Rachel I do will and bequeath one dollar Each to be paid in Like manner of my Sons and to the heirs of my daughter Nancy now deceased. I do will and bequeath the Sum of one dollar to be paid as my other Sons and daughters. Fourthly I do will and bequeath to Elizabeth Frederick the daughter of my daughter Susannah Frederick deceased all of my property that is left after burying expenses and all adets and above mentioned children of mine are paid the amount of my estate both real and personal. I do wish my Executors to hold under their controle the above property for Elizabeth Frederick untill She arrives to the age of Eighteen and excepting So much as they may deem necessary to appropriate towards Schooling and clothes. I do likewise will and request that in case Elizabeth Frederick. Interlined before signed, Should die without heirs that her legacy may go to the benefit of my own daughters or their heirs.
