Glasgow (KY) Weekly Times, 28 January 1875.
"Mr. William Edwards, of Chickenbristle, died the 20th inst., and was buried 
at Mr. Alex Edwards yesterday. He was quite an old man, and has suffered 
greatly for a long while. His death was not at all unexpected by his friends. 
He leaves quite a large number of relatives to mourn his loss."
